Returns

Your purchase is eligible to return or exchange except for products marked as "Final Sale". If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging, including the provided price- / size tags.

Please contact us via info@byparra.us when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size, we will provide a shipping label. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s).

If applicable a refund or credit memo will be issued within 8 working days. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo.

Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.
